OMSPAC is a nonpartisan political action committee that operates exclusively to raise funds to make contributions to candidates for federally elected offices. All contributions to OMSPAC are optional and the listed amounts shown above are only suggestions. A member may contribute more or less than the suggested amount, and the amount given or the refusal to give will not benefit or disadvantage the person being solicited. Contributions received by OMSPAC from corporate accounts cannot be used to contribute to candidates. Corporate contributions will be deposited into an Administrative Account, not the Federal Election Account, and will be used to cover OMSPAC administrative expenses. OMSPAC dues are not tax deductible. OMSPAC cannot accept contributions from foreign nationals.
