The OMS Program Directors Conference will provide an opportunity to discuss strategies for attracting qualified candidates and the importance of mentorship in resident development. The course is designed to address current residency challenges, give an overview of CODA and compliance and provide preparation tips for successful accreditation and available resources. Participants also will learn about resources to support OMS programs from AAOMS, OMS Foundation, ABOMS and OMSNIC. This conference will provide a networking opportunity and encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among OMS program directors for continuous improvement and excellence in OMS residency training.
