The OMS Program Directors Program will provide an opportunity to discuss strategies for attracting qualified candidates and the importance of mentorship in resident development. The event will address current residency challenges, provide an overview of CODA standards and compliance and share preparation tips for successful accreditation. Attendees will learn about resources to support OMS residency programs available through AAOMS, the OMS Foundation, ABOMS and OMSNIC. The program also will promote networking, collaboration and knowledge sharing among OMS program directors to drive continuous improvement and excellence in OMS residency training.
