Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless stated otherwise. If the shipping address is a P.O. Box, the order will be shipped by USPS Mail.

For expedited shipping options, call 847-678-6200 or 800-822-6637 before placing an order. Note: Orders must be placed by noon CT for overnight delivery.

Return Procedure

Returns for print products are accepted within 30 days of purchase if returned in the original packaging and with all components intact.

Please include the completed return form located on the back of the packing slip. Reimbursement is limited to the publication cost only. Returns will be promptly processed once received. Send returns to:

Pricing Policy

AAOMS reserves the right to revise any publication, product or system requirements and change prices without notice and without incurring obligation. Member prices stated are only for AAOMS members and their staff. If a price change occurs, adjustments will be made to your order.

All orders must be prepaid. Payment can be made with American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa. If you require a purchase order be produced or need to pay by check, contact 847-678-6200 or 800-822-6637.
